Not without drama, the design for this contemporary custom home in Needham was a challenge! Layers of ledge required the builder to blast and hoe ram out a considerable amount of rock. The resulting grade required tiered walls to allow for passage through the site. We chose a beautiful Thompson stone in Getty Gray for the walls and capped them in salt and pepper granite. We repeated the salt and pepper granite pavers for the sidewalks, landing and covered patio. A new tennis court will be installed for the homeowners to enjoy a game of tennis, basketball or pickle ball. This was a team effort and collaboration for sure! We are looking forward to the plant installation in the fall of 2023.
